Not your typical RTO, UP Skills & Training takes a more personal approach to learning, focusing on supporting the individual and viewing them as a person first, not just a statistic. Reflecting this ethos within the brand led to us using approachability as our strategic cornerstone. A bright colour palette, friendly illustrations, people-focused imagery, and a conversational tone of voice combined to make the brand feel warm and familiar.
